By 1972 the good old 'Angle Box' was starting to fade in terms of outright wins or class wins. 1971 saw Terry McNally ,Les Nash and Mike Chittenden record 50 wins between them but 1972 no Anglia driver scored even 5. However there were still around 40 Anglias racing UK club races by my estimation and this page attempts to feature the most relevant in terms of class wins firstly and then those with most known starts.

John contested the 1972 BARC Championship gaining a class win at his favourite Thruxton though didnt get any points due to running oversized tires as reported by Autosport.
John went on to race the 5-litre Skoda in Supersaloons in 1974.

Like Taylor ,Cook and Turner Mike Beckett campaigned in the 1000cc class. Described as an ex-Broadspeed Group 5 saloon car running a Novamotor engine.
This could well be the car Phil Jarvis advertised June 1971 which claimed to be the John Fitapatrick Brit saloon championship winner ( 1966 )...rebuilt and fitted with F3 Novamotor ex-Peter Hanson engine...for £950.
Further research has thrown up the car is still around and the current owner intends to restore her if not already so. Certainly a valuable and historic saloon.
